Warning Against Disregarding Wisdom
1:21 at the head of the noisy 5 streets she calls,
and fools 14 hate knowledge?
and did not comply 30 with my rebuke,
I will mock when what you dread 34 comes,
when distressing trouble 39 comes on you.
1:28 Then they will call to me, but I will not answer;
they will diligently seek 40 me, but they will not find me.
and did not choose to fear the

they spurned 44 all my rebuke.
and they will be stuffed full 48 of their own counsel.
1:32 For the waywardness 49 of the
simpletons will kill 50 them,
and the careless ease 51 of fools will destroy them.
and will be at ease 54 from the dread of harm.
3:6 When 4 the woman saw that the tree produced fruit that was good for food, 5 was attractive 6 to the eye, and was desirable for making one wise, 7 she took some of its fruit and ate it. 8 She also gave some of it to her husband who was with her, and he ate it. 9 3:7 Then the eyes of both of them opened, and they knew they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.
