4:14 Then ¹  Jesus, in the power of the Spirit, ²  returned to Galilee, and news about him spread ³  throughout the surrounding countryside. ⁴ 

4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,

because he has anointed ⁵  me to proclaim good news ⁶  to the poor. ⁷ 

He has sent me ⁸  to proclaim release ⁹  to the captives

and the regaining of sight ¹⁰  to the blind,

to set free ¹¹  those who are oppressed, ¹²
