12:1 Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus lived, whom he ¹  had raised from the dead.

12:9 Now a large crowd of Judeans ²  learned ³  that Jesus ⁴  was there, and so they came not only because of him ⁵  but also to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead.

12:12 The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. ⁶
