Bible: Job 9:12; 12:13-25; 23:13; 33:12-13; 41:11; 42:2

9:12 If he snatches away, 1  who can turn him back? 2

Who dares to say to him, ‘What are you doing?’

12:13 So tell them 1  you are my sister 2  so that it may go well 3  for me because of you and my life will be spared 4  on account of you.”

23:13 and said to Ephron in their hearing, “Hear me, if you will. I pay 1  to you the price 2  of the field. Take it from me so that I may 3  bury my dead there.”

33:12 Then Esau 1  said, “Let’s be on our way! 2  I will go in front of you.” 33:13 But Jacob 3  said to him, “My lord knows that the children are young, 4  and that I have to look after the sheep and cattle that are nursing their young. 5  If they are driven too hard for even a single day, all the animals will die.

41:11 We each had a dream one night; each of us had a dream with its own meaning. 1
42:2 He then said, “Look, I hear that there is grain in Egypt. Go down there and buy grain for us 1  so that we may live 2  and not die.” 3
