10:20 At that time ¹  those left in Israel, those who remain of the family ²  of Jacob, will no longer rely on a foreign leader that abuses them. ³  Instead they will truly ⁴  rely on the Lord, the Holy One of Israel. ⁵  10:21 A remnant will come back, a remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God. ⁶  10:22 For though your people, Israel, are as numerous as ⁷  the sand on the seashore, only a remnant will come back. ⁸  Destruction has been decreed; ⁹  just punishment ¹⁰  is about to engulf you. ¹¹  10:23 The sovereign master, the Lord who commands armies, is certainly ready to carry out the decreed destruction throughout the land. ¹² 

11:12 When Arphaxad had lived 35 years, he became the father of Shelah. 11:13 And after he became the father of Shelah, Arphaxad lived 403 years and had other ²  sons and daughters. ³ 

11:14 When Shelah had lived 30 years, he became the father of Eber. 11:15 And after he became the father of Eber, Shelah lived 403 years and had other ⁴  sons and daughters.

11:16 When Eber had lived 34 years, he became the father of Peleg.
