Bible: Hag. 1:6; 2:16-17

1:6 You have planted much, but have harvested little. You eat, but are never filled. You drink, but are still thirsty. You put on clothes, but are not warm. Those who earn wages end up with holes in their money bags.’ 1 

2:16 Then the Lord God commanded 1  the man, “You may freely eat 2  fruit 3  from every tree of the orchard, 2:17 but 4  you must not eat 5  from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when 6  you eat from it you will surely die.” 7
