Bible: Ephesians 2:1-3; 4:27; 6:10-18

New Life Individually

2:1 And although you were 1  dead 2  in your transgressions and sins, 2:2 in which 3  you formerly lived 4  according to this world’s present path, 5  according to the ruler of the kingdom 6  of the air, the ruler of 7  the spirit 8  that is now energizing 9  the sons of disobedience, 10  2:3 among whom 11  all of us 12  also 13  formerly lived out our lives in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath 14  even as the rest 15

The Story of Cain and Abel

4:1 Now 1  the man had marital relations with 2  his wife Eve, and she became pregnant 3  and gave birth to Cain. Then she said, “I have created 4  a man just as the Lord did! 5

6:10 Noah had 1  three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

6:11 The earth was ruined 2  in the sight of 3  God; the earth was filled with violence. 4  6:12 God saw the earth, and indeed 5  it was ruined, 6  for all living creatures 7  on the earth were sinful. 8  6:13 So God said 9  to Noah, “I have decided that all living creatures must die, 10  for the earth is filled with violence because of them. Now I am about to destroy 11  them and the earth. 6:14 Make 12  for yourself an ark of cypress 13  wood. Make rooms in the ark, and cover 14  it with pitch inside and out. 6:15 This is how you should make it: The ark is to be 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, and 45 feet high. 15  6:16 Make a roof for the ark and finish it, leaving 18 inches 16  from the top. 17  Put a door in the side of the ark, and make lower, middle, and upper decks. 6:17 I am about to bring 18  floodwaters 19  on the earth to destroy 20  from under the sky all the living creatures that have the breath of life in them. 21  Everything that is on the earth will die, 6:18 but I will confirm 22  my covenant with you. You will enter 23  the ark – you, your sons, your wife, and your sonswives with you.
