2:3 I thought deeply ¹  about the effects of ²  indulging ³  myself ⁴  with wine

(all the while ⁵  my mind was guiding me ⁶  with wisdom) ⁷ 

and the effects of ⁸  behaving foolishly, ⁹ 

so that ¹⁰  I might discover what is profitable ¹¹ 

for people ¹²  to do on earth ¹³  during the few days ¹⁴  of their lives.

3:1 Now ¹  the serpent ²  was more shrewd ³ 

than any of the wild animals ⁴  that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Is it really true that ⁵  God ⁶  said, ‘You must not eat from any tree of the orchard’?” ⁷
