6:16 You must not put the Lord your God to the test as you did at Massah. ¹  6:17 Keep his ²  commandments very carefully, ³  as well as the stipulations and statutes he commanded you to observe.

8:15 Then God spoke to Noah and said,

32:13 Jacob ²  stayed there that night. Then he sent ³  as a gift ⁴  to his brother Esau 32:15 thirty female camels with their young, forty cows and ten bulls, and twenty female donkeys and ten male donkeys. 32:18 then you must say, ⁵  ‘They belong ⁶  to your servant Jacob. ⁷  They have been sent as a gift to my lord Esau. ⁸  In fact Jacob himself is behind us.’” ⁹ 

33:8 Esau ¹  then asked, “What did you intend ²  by sending all these herds to meet me?” ³  Jacob ⁴  replied, “To find favor in your sight, my lord.”
