Abram’s Solution to the Strife

13:1 So Abram went up from Egypt into the Negev. 1  He took his wife and all his possessions with him, as well as Lot. 2

16:1 Now Sarai, 1  Abram’s wife, had not given birth to any children, 2  but she had an Egyptian servant 3  named Hagar. 4 

19:10 So the men inside 1  reached out 2  and pulled Lot back into the house 3  as they shut the door. 19:20 Look, this town 4  over here is close enough to escape to, and it’s just a little one. 5  Let me go there. 6  It’s just a little place, isn’t it? 7  Then I’ll survive.” 8
