4:16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel, 1  and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 4:17 Then we who are alive, who are left, 2  will be suddenly caught up 3  together 4  with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
