God Is Love, So We Must Love One Another
3:11 For 1 this is the gospel 2 message 3 that you have heard from the beginning: that we should love one another, 4 3:23 Now 5 this is his commandment: 6 that we believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he gave 7 us the commandment.
4:7 Is it not true 1 that if you do what is right, you will be fine? 2 But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching 3 at the door. It desires to dominate you, but you must subdue it.” 4 4:11 So now, you are banished 5 from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. 4:12 When you try to cultivate 6 the
ground it will no longer yield 7 its best 8 for you. You will be a homeless wanderer 9 on the earth.”
